Just a quick reminder to set those DVRs tonight if you aren’t able to tune in!  Starting today, HBO will be playing the first of four episodes in a series named “State of Play,” the fourth of which we are featured in (on Tues, Dec 9).  The episodes will be on HBO starting today, Tues, Nov 18, continuing each Tues for the next three Tuesdays after today, all airing at 10pm EST.  Tonight’s episode is entitled “Happiness,” and per an article that I link to below:

The first new edition begins with a 40-minute documentary that explores the burgeoning science of happiness, which maintains there are four basic pillars to being happy: relationships, health, purpose and money. Through the lens of this new science, the film follows all-time great NFL quarterback Brett Favre, former New York Giants running back Tiki Barber and former New York Jets wide receiver Wayne Chrebet as they search for happiness once their careers are over.
Berg then hosts a roundtable discussion with former New York Giants star and pro football hall of famer Michael Strahan, who now enjoys a successful TV career as a morning talk-show host and weekend NFL studio analyst; former Navy SEAL Marcus Luttrell, who received the Navy Cross and Purple Heart for his actions in June 2005 facing Taliban fighters during Operation Red Wings, and whose story was told in the acclaimed 2013 film “Lone Survivor”; and educator and author Shawn Achor, who advocates positive psychology.
