While at the beach, I had Scott take some yoga pics of me for fun. It actually was a nice little exercise to do because it’s hard to always see your own form, even if your studio has mirrors. Now I am more aware of what I naturally tend to do in certain poses (i.e. for example, in Warrior III, I seemed to keep my extended leg slightly above parallel to the ground, when it should be exactly parallel with my hip closed). It was also a nice challenge at times being on the sloped, soft sandy beach. Anyhow, it was fun and helpful for my practice!
