Well, in theory, the end should be near…in more ways than one, haha! And about 9 months ago I took some yoga pictures on the beach when Baby Boy L was just a microscopic embryo (https://livinwiththelehnhoffs.com/2013/07/16/megan-does-some-beach-yoga/). Today, a little past 38 weeks, I tried to do some of the few poses that I can still do almost an entire pregnancy later. Definitely ain’t no embryo anymore! I haven’t made as many yoga classes as I’d like to lately, but I’ve still tried to step onto my mat regularly, even if it’s just at home. I’m down to only one arm balance, bakasana, or crow pose, and my days of inversions are long over, but that’s okay. It’s only temporary! Check out my favorite yogi in uttanasana at the very bottom! ❤

Wow, and there’s still room for updog! I’m sure babies love yoga, including all the OM-ing, it must feel like a nice vibration in the belly for them 🙂
