Wow! What a great way to start the 2016 Steele Knight football season with a 37-7 win over San Antonio’s Madison High School!  The Knights played a great ball game and we all enjoyed it once that brutal August Texas sun went down during the first quarter. Prior to that, it was probably the hottest I’ve ever been at a football game – see Ty Baby’s “Angry-Sun-Face” photo to the right, LOL! Another exciting part of the evening was that I only had two children (Landri was out of town preparing to attend her first NFL game tomorrow with her Mimi).  Not only did I only have two children, but they were both very behaved.  Pretty much everyone was shocked, and probably me most of all!  So between the awesome football and the docile Lehnhoff boys, it really was the perfect evening! Rex even posed with Knitro (see photo below)! Really excited for this season – next up, Lake Travis at home this Friday!
