This post is specifically for all of the busy people in San Antonio (moms and dads especially!) that need something quick and delicious to eat on the go, and don’t want the guilt that goes along with traditional fast food! You may have seen my post a couple of months ago about the launch of Texas’ first plant-based fast food restaurant here in SA (https://livinwiththelehnhoffs.com/2014/04/09/attention-san-antonio-peeps/), and if you didn’t know already, Earth Burger is now open and it is AWESOME! It’s your choice to go either vegan or vegetarian (i.e. yes, they do have real cheese if you want it!), and I love that you can still get fries if you like, but they also have healthy alternatives such as kale salad, hummus, or apple slices, among others. For those of you into meat, you should still give it a shot. I promise you won’t be disappointed with the explosion of savory flavors in every menu item. You guys seriously need to check it out, whether you dine in or take a pass through their convenient drive-thru! Landri loved the Chia Fresca Lemonade, (vegan) corndog, French fries, and (vegan) coconut soft serve ice cream! I am thrilled that they are open and hope that it experiences enough success to open additional locations someday! I ❤ Earth Burger!
