Hi guys!  We are still reveling in the news about having a baby BOY!  I can’t believe we know what we are having now! In case you want proof, here’s the picture that was in my sealed envelope since the beginning of Oct! In case you are not versed in reading ultrasound pictures, picture the baby sitting on a clear glass table facing the right and you are looking up at his bottom from underneath the table.  Pretty unmistakably a boy!

Today I made some fabulously delicious pumpkin bread (vegan of course, although you cannot tell).  Scott and Landri both really liked it.  To jazz it up, I added some chopped walnuts and golden raisins.  I can’t wait to experiment with other “extras” such as chocolate chips, pecans, cranberries, etc, as I will definitely be baking several more loaves of this!  Here is the link to the recipe: http://theheartshapedvegan.blogspot.com/2013/11/pumpkin-bread.html.  Quick shout out to Cece for her awesome recipe!  Also, I’m posting a bonus Landri vid of her latest hobby (Baton Twirling).  Use your sound so you can hear her cackle with glee!
