So I’ve dabbled with granola bars a little bit and have never really found any good ones worth making more than once except for this post. It isn’t that much protein though, so I was open to try what was being advertised as a “3 minute” protein granola bar, and I’m so glad I did! This bar is very fast, easy and has normal ingredients. After I cut them, I put them in little ziplock baggies to store in my freezer – so easy to grab on the go! I made it vegan with plant protein but I don’t see why you couldn’t use whey or something else. Landri LOVES them and I love that I know exactly what went in them. I will say that they are a tiny bit sweet, and I don’t know if it was the agave or the protein powder that I happened to select, so I may play around with the recipe a little bit. Here’s a picture of L’s breakfast of fresh fruit and her yummy protein bar! I love that she’s got her legs crossed reading about Texas hill country animals and eating her little breakfast, LOL!
