Scott has been hard at work preparing our summer garden!  Here, Landri helps her Daddy water it (the squeaks in the background are Rex, LOL): http://youtu.be/_xo4Q4k1Pzk.  This year Scott is growing zucchini, squash, tomatoes, peppers, jalapenos, a couple lettuce varieties, Swiss chard, beans, okra, and cantaloupe!  We’ve also been composting all winter to add to our soil!  I will try to do some updates periodically with some recipes!
